| The mints are some of the best known essential oils in aromatherapy. Mint was prescribed by Greek an Roman herbalists for just about everything. Peppermint is probably the most favorite member of the mint family. It stimulates, refreshes, cools, and uplifts the mind and body. It is excellent for tired feet and for reducing the effects of travel sickness in humans, cats and dogs. Peppermint repels insects, mice and rats. | |
