GENERAL INFORMATION

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  Every Well Beings Aromatherapy Products item is carefully crafted to meet your highest expectations.  If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, for any reason, return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt, and we will promptly replace it or refund or credit the merchandise price.

SALES TAX
All orders are shipped from TAX FREE, New Hampshire.

ORDERING
Orders may be placed online through our secure server or offline via postal mail.

ONLINE ORDERING:  We accept the following forms of payment when ordering online:  MasterCard, VISA and PayPal.   To place an online order, make your item selections using our online catalog and secure shopping cart.  When you have made all of your item selections, click on "Place Order" from within the online catalog.  When presented with "Select Preferred Method of Ordering", click on "Go to Secure Server".  Complete the necessary fields and follow the easy to follow on-screen instructions.  Please note your order number.

OFFLINE ORDERING:  We accept the following forms of payment when ordering offline:  Check, Money Order, MasterCard and VISA.  To place an offline order make your item selections using our online catalog and shopping cart.  When you have made all of your item selections, click on "Place Order" from within the online catalog.  When presented with "Select Preferred Method of Ordering", enter your email address and "click" on "Display Order Form".  Follow the easy to follow onscreen instructions to print your order form.  After you have printed your order form, complete the payment and shipping information and mail the order to us along with your payment or credit card information.  Please note your order number.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders via United States Postal Service.  We make every effort to ship your order quickly.  Normal shipping time is 2 - 5 business days.  You will be notified if any item can not be shipped within two weeks and given the option to cancel your order.  Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.  We ship to USA (including APO and FPO addresses) and Canadian destinations only. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
The shopping cart will advise you of shipping charges prior to finalizing your order.  Shipping charge calculations are based upon our best estimate of actual shipping costs. 

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
We accept MasterCard ,VISA and PayPal.   PayPal users may use MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.  Items will not be charged to your account until they are ready to ship.  (Note:  PayPal will apply charges to your account at the time your order is placed.)

CHECKS
Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.

SECURE SHOPPING CART
The shopping cart is utilized for both online and offline ordering.  We make finding the right item easy - look at the shopping cart screen for grouped choices like, "Bath and Shower", "Foot Care", or "Skin Care"  OR use the search engine and enter words or phrases like "Bath Oil", "Soap", "Gift Basket", etc.

MAILING LISTS
We DO NOT make our customer list available to companies or individuals.

RETURNS
If you need to return something, you must contact Customer Service prior to returning the item.  Items must be returned freight prepaid and it is recommended that you insure the returned goods.
